Is there a limit to the number of tokens generated?
- The maximum active token limit for each account is 10.
Is there an expiration date for tokens?
- Expiry is limited to a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 2 years.
What API limits should we be aware of?
- No more than 5 requests per second.
- No more than 300 requests per minute.
- No more than 10 concurrent requests from a single client.
- No more than 10MB of payload size.
How do I generate a token?
- Please note: someone with system administrator role will need to be available to generate the token.
- To generate token or see the tokens in use, please log into the gappify application (uat or prod). Go to the
Settings
page, click on the Integration section on the left, selectAPI Keys
.
Do the APIs support multi-factor authentication & authorization e.g. OAuth 2.0?
- No. Gappify API’s are authenticated based on api token linked to the customer instance.
Do the APIs support access at the user object/feature/function levels?
- No. Gappify api’s are presently designed to support inbound data going into Gappify from Customer ERP/P2P system and JE creation.
Does the API(s) support pagination?
- Yes.
What's the maximum file size supported for API attachments?
- Gappify api’s do no support file attachments at the moment.
What data formats are supported by the API and what data formats does the API return?
- Gappify API’s support industry standard JSON format for inbound and outbound.
What is the uptime and availability of the API and what service level agreements (SLAs) are provided?
- Gappify api uptime is 99.95%.
